Absolutely adorable little baby!
This little baby is absolutely precious! She has soft, smooth vinyl skin, a sweet little face, nice painted hair, very detailed hands and feet, and a nice huggable cloth body. She is the perfect size and weight to hold and carry. She comes wearing a cute baby hat and a footed sleeper that fastens in front with Velcro. Her pacifier is attached to a piece of ribbon, which is sewn to one shoulder of her outfit. I like that it actually fits in her mouth. She comes with a blanket that feels like terry cloth. It is not big enough to actually wrap her in, but it can be used to cover her. The box she comes in is very cute. It is shaped kind of like a crib. It makes a good place for the baby to nap. For My Mother with Dementia
My mother has dementia and I had read that "dolls" are used in a patient's treatment. The doll arrived last week and at first I didn't think she'd take to the doll. But, since then, each time she's been upset and disoriented, I've given her the doll and it's as-if she's seeing the doll for the first time.
