NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS I HAD A HARD TIME REMOVING THE CABLE SO I COULD ATTACH IT TO THE OBJECT I WANTED TO WORK ON. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO PULL THE CABLE OUT MORE THAN ONE NOTCH AT A TIME.
