If you got more speakers in your car then teeth in your mouth, this subwoofer is right up your alley.

For the price, it's like a sore dick cause it can't be beat. It's not gonna win any competitions, or make a true audiophile cream their pants. It can, however, lure hood-rat teenagers into a pedophile van. Look, you can get a sub for less $ but you'd might as well just throw that $10 down the drain. For under $30 it's good, which translates to 'the best' because nothing is 'Great!' until you enter the $39+ dollar rage. (overpaying for this same exact sub doesn't make it great) and before rushing to any judgements, like almost every component in a system, burn it in properly cause the cheaper stuff is, the greater the difference between brand new and burnt-in.

Lanzar MAXP64 600watts Max my butt! Decent little factory replacement. Maybe?

Pros - Great for a factory sub replacement. Cons - Put more than maybe 100 watts to them and they sound like doodoo. I bought a couple of these just to try in my bazooka tubes for poops and gigs but I wasn't very impressed at all. Even after a little break in period they didn't like much power. Though they do sound decent at low to moderate volumes. Maybe it was my enclosures that made them sound like that. I do think they would make an excellent factory sub replacement for vehicles that have factory premium sound systems.

  • Much better than I expected

These were a direct replacement for the blown subs in my stock system. They perform far better than the price would imply. Good construction and heavy magnet for the size.

  • Well built and work surprisingly well

At this price-point my expectations were low but I wasn't looking to rattle the windshield loose with bass, just replace the 6.5" subs using the factory box in my X5. Only very minor needed to fit them. I am driving them with an Alpine 600w (bridged, 300w / ch). WOW.. These little subs surpassed my expectations, after carefully adjusting the amp, they handle all all I can give them without complaint. They will "thump" surprisingly well and at higher levels can feel them through the seat back. We will probably never listen to them at that level driving to get groceries but as I said, very impressive. The construction is rugged and the coils run cool, so they should last for quite a while!

  • This speaker will not work well with my ...

This speaker will not work well with my new amp but seams to work fine on my old amp And they are the same but different brand names. So maybe I'll see and order a new amp like the old one I have and it does sound good even my 125w speakers work great on the old amp. If I would have known I would have ordered a new amp but all is good. I didn't think 100amp would push a 600w speaker surprise, surprise
