These are AWESOME and then some.
Too bad Columbia Home Products went out of business. Somebody needs to keep making these. It cooks food rapidly and is easy to clean. The best part of cleaning is when a little food sticks to the bottom of the pan and you get to scrape it off with your fingers and eat it.
