Fly Tying
It's nothing new to use these devices for fly tying clean-up. I use this lower temp loop for ridding stray barbs around a whip finished eye. DON'T touch the thread. Still, if the loop is too hot when attempting to shape rubber legs ...with a fully charged battery, then install and use an almost discharged AA battery to lower the working temp of the loop.
