Solid meter that works!
Great product, all metal and very sturdy. Has a very 80's vibe to the design and feel. The carry case is really nice too, feels quality. It really works! Shows that most organic material such as cardboard, wood, leather, etc. don't build or retain a static charge. Most plastics have considerable static charge - ABS, polycarbonate, etc. with polypropylene plastic being the worst. I designed a 3d printable safety to replace the little cardboard tube that comes with it. It works! Solid, useful, good value.
The basic instructions are printed on the meter and it works even though the last calibration sticker says JUN of '90. The case is metal and has a heavy solid feel. The power switch protects the sensor electronics by shorting the probe to the case ground.
