Purchased 4 for my 2005 Dakota 3.7. The sensor has a long enough wire lenght and generic connector so it will work in all locations. Now don't get caught up with what is said online about up/down being different and how they aren't interchangeable. They both measure un-burned oxygen period. If your still not convinced, look at the compatibility chart and you'll see there used in both up/down applications.
