A black cloud seems to be hovering over Chicago stockbroker Gary Hobson (Kyle Chandler). After being fired from his job and thrown out by his wife, he finds himself holed up in a fleabag motel with precious little of his dignity remaining. But Gary's outlook changes once he starts receiving a mysterious paper on his doorstep--bringing tomorrow's news. While Gary could use his sagely knowledge to get stinking rich--as advised by his buddy Chuck (Fisher Stevens)--he instead uses it to help others and stop disasters before they happen. Driven by this irresistible premise, the show follows Gary as he tries to change the future by altering the the present--often with unforeseen consequences. Great TV Series
DVDS and package look great and play well. I loved this show when I was younger and it still holds up as being a great sci-fi /drama that almost anyone could watch. I would happily recommend it to anyone who is a fan of similar shows like Quantum Leap. My only gripe with the set, if any, is that they only have the commercial teasers for the episodes. What If you Got Tomorrow News Today?
The first two seasons were the best of the four .Kyle Chandler and Fisher Stevens played off each other well. When Fisher Stevens was written out of Seasons 3 and 4 the show was never the same.
