Yes the product is nice and yes it separates your curls nicely and works well with a diffuser. If you use too much, you WILL get crunchy hair. Play around with the amount, until you know how much works best for you. Baby fine curls need less product.... I also have used a product called Spray It Curly by the brand Pure Shine. You should be able to get this at any pharmacy store or actually....just about anywhere. Hair looks just the same.
