This is some of the better stuff I have found for holding my hair. My hair is like cotton candy - super fine and light. This gel holds on to my hair and gives it a little bit of weight so it doesn't just fly all over. It has a nice, fresh smell. Been using it for quite a few years and it does not appear to be causing any damage to my hair.
