Demolition hammer
Quiet, low vibration, good cord length, have used to remove vinyl tile and ceramic. Price comparison to $value tool store a bit more but they are no match regarding performance. Said it was 11 position for bits but have only managed 2 that accept bits used in same model... Great tool for the DIY gardener. A bit heavy, but not difficult to lift and place in the area.

Perfect digger with spade bit.
Finished 80 ft x 3 ft x 12” deep trench for a Keystone block wall in 4 weekends. 1st weekend all spent removing 150lb compacted rocks from one end. Needed chisel bit to break some of those. Flat 5” spade bit works best to make straight edges as it wont wander as you work down. And dislodges rocks without moving much. This tool never tires or slows after hours of work in 80+ degrees. Not too heavy or light, just right.
