Appears to be an authentic Denso part. Fit the application though the sensor sticks out about a quarter inch more than the part it was replacing and barely has enough clearance under the vehicle. Replaced downstream O2 sensor and vehicle appears to still run normally and have not had the fault code reoccur. Was either a failing sensor or catalytic converter.
