Zodiac G3 suction side pool cleaner
Worth the money. Unit came in good condition, only had to replace the internal diaphragm which had a tear. Unit works well and only had twice an incident where it did not immediately start. Good Cleaner, poor hose fittings
Bought this machine to replace an old Kreepy Krauly. It works well, moves around the pool. Had to buy some additional fittings to connect the hose to the skimmer. The adjustable pressure control presses into the skimmer, but came out each night after the pump shut off, no matter how hard it was inserted into the pipe, bought a universal one at Pinch A Penny. Zodiac Pool Cleaner is awesome!!!
The Zodiac moves quickly, but needs more pump RPM's!!!! Narrow pool steps can be a problem turning around!!!! Rectangle pools will have none of these problems!!!! BEST POOL CLEANER
Best Pool cleaner I have ever bought. I had a polaris 360 and had to replace the bags and hoses often. This cleaner is so well made the hoses fit tightly without a need for a coupling. It climbs the steps and walls with ease. It goes in all the tight corners. Very well made. The only criticism is the skimmer basket has to be removed for the connection. The water that enters the skimmer no longer is filtered. This makes the pool pump filter basket get really full fast and in need of cleaning almost each day.

Adequate
We bought the Zodiac to limit our physical involvement cleaning our pool as it's hard on the back .... The Zodiac roams around on it's own, albeit not always where it's needed, does clean the loose dirt and sides, where it loves to hang out, but .... we have not seen it cleaning out the leaves. So, I still have to do that by hand which limits the value of the Zodiac for us. Will give it some additional time and if it does not go beyond what we have seen we will be returning it ... OK For The Price
I do recommend it primarily because of the price. The top of line cleaners are just TOO expensive. This one is my second suction cleaner as I returned the first (another brand). This one has good suction and moves well but it tends to cover the same area and needs quite a bit of assistance to clean the whole pool. I finally just jump in with it and lead it around by the nose:-). Unlike the other one that went in one circle at the deep end, this one goes deep and shallow but tends not to deviate much from the circle established by the first pass. For the money, I believe its the best suction cleaner out there. My new best friend

It is pretty easy to assembly and after that it just needs some adjustments on your pool valves if you have a side suction line, if you don't have a dedicated suction line then it comes with an adapter that you connect it directly to your skimmer.
