This set is new and sealed but the box has been squashed. (See pictures) LEGO Exxon Fuel Tanker set 6696 was a 106 piece Town set with 1 minifigure released in 1984 and was a co-branding license deal with Exxon in North America. The set was released in the United States only while a similar set licensed and branded under Shell was released in Europe. It is also similar but has more pieces to set 554, Exxon Fuel Tanker. Set 6696 was a variant of set 6695 Tanker Truck from 1983 which was the same truck but branded under Shell.
