TANGLEFOOT TREE INSECT BARRIER
The ants was climbing my peach trees, biting the baby peaches, sucking the juice and causing the baby peaches to fall off the tree prematurely. Both my peach trees had ants crawling everywhere, and last year I got zero peaches off 2 trees! This year I bought the Tanglefoot material and goo (you need both parts). During the day I applied a band of the material around the trunk 12" off the ground, and then when the ants had retired for the night I went out with a headlamp and applied the goo to the material. I didn't want to trap any ants on the wrong side of the barrier (up in the tree) hence the nighttime application of the goo. This stuff is miraculous! The ants won't cross the barrier and I now have zero ants in my trees, and for the first year ever, a big crop of peaches is coming on nicely. The goo seems long lasting as we have had numerous rainstorms and the goo is still working like new. I believe one application might last the whole growing season. Sticky paste, hard to work with

This product works and is Very Sticky
Worked very well to catch Deer Flies. I applied the TangleFoot with a old brush to some used Blue plastic coffee containers and a Blue bucket from Lowes with a cord and hung them around my pond. Tanglefoot does the job

I used this product to stop loads of ants from going up my ficus tree. I put it directly on the trunk instead of using the paper barrier knowing the paper couldn't seal around the tree very well. It's been over a week and I haven't seen an ant since applying it.
