Florastor is the best probiotic I’ve ever used. Anyone who does not consume an organic, whole food diet or has ever taken antibiotics, should take a probiotic. If you’re going to take a probiotic, it should be Florastor. I’ve worked with 300-400 nursing homes in my career. No clue what title to use.
Since I was told I needed to be on probiotics the rest of my life by the hospital doctor and this is what they had me on, this is what I continue to take. Is it a good value? I was recommended these while going thru Prostate Cancer treatment. Radiation gave me horrible diarrhea. This is one of the items that helped. So I am still taking them now.
