Perfect for the Homeowner
Very nice product. Adjusts for every job. The handle is slightly flimsy, but I have had no problem with it, and it folds down for storage. Nice wand set up. Only includes 3 pressure tips, but honestly that's all I need since you can adjust the pressure. It comes with a 30ft pressure hose so you can cover a large area and not have to move the machine. It's not perfect, but darn good. It can be hard to pull the start cord because of the pressure in the pump, so I aim the nozzle in a safe direction and hold It open when I start it. That helps a lot. I think it was worth the money. Make sure you store it with a fuel stabilizer in the fuel, the ethanol blend available now will clog the carb in just a couple of months. The only other thing and it's minor, the detergent hose needs some zip ties to locate it so it stays put. Other than that this thing is really a nice machineVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

lots of problems with design
Before I bought this pressure washer, I read some of the reviews. Some were negative but I decided to buy it because of the brand name. When it arrived and I unpacked it, it looks nice and the features looked well thought out, boy was I wrong. The first thing was the cheep plastic handle. When going to move the machine, you have to pull back on the handle and lift most of the weight of the machine. It hasn't broken yet but it probably will according to the reviews I have read. Second, the funnel that comes with it to fill the oil in the engine sure is handy. The container of oil that is supplied says it is 20 oz's. The instructions say the engine takes 20 oz's so you would think all in the container would go in, WRONG. I got in probably 18-19 oz's and the next thing I knew it was running on the cement. I still had to remove some from the engine because it was overfull. After cleaning up the oil mess I added some gas and was ready to start the engine. I tried to pull the choke lever out but it only came out about 3/16" and I knew that wasn't enough to set the choke properly. I probably pulled the rope 20-25 times till it started. I looked on the underside of the choke lever (pull rod) and what idiot designed it. The cable hits the gas tank and is bent to the point where the pull rod for the choke won't come out. The second time I went to use the machine, I tried to start it and the same thing happened-no start. I got mad and finally pulled on the choke rod as hard as I could and it finally came out. The engine started with one pull. I will probably relocate the choke rod to let it work freely as it should. The last thing that is a joke is the really flimsy hanging wire rod for the hose. If this is all the better you can design a product, I think you need to get in another line of business.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better shipping packaging
This machine has great power and so far seems to work as advertised. When it arrived the packaging looked pretty good no signs of unusually rough handling. However once I got it out there was a lot minor scraps and scratches in places where parts had rub against each other. The on / Off button was popped out of its location and choke had some wrinkling around the base of the label that is applied under it like if it had been hit from the side ( this may have been Bad labelling prior to shipping) It seem to work ok. It went together easily and started right up. I would suggest taping the siphon tube for the soap dispenser down to the frame work to keep it away from the hot engine. I found electrical tape worked better than zip ties due to the softness of the tube. Used it for about an hour and was happy with what it can do so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made equipment.
I have used it to pressure wash my house, and so far it has done an excellent job. I have used it to clean my tractor as well and it did a great job. It starts fairly easy. The pressure adjustment is a very nice feature. The hose hook on the back would work better if it was a bit larger but it functions okay. The pressure washer arrived well packaged with little assembly required. It is easy to start, runs good, and has plenty of power. I also like the layout with the hose attachments on the back of the unit making it easy to move around with the hoses connected. Nice pressure washer
I dont know what the complaints are about with the plastic handle. This is a great pressure washer. Its pretty sturdy and i dont see the handle breaking unless its just abused in Some way. This thing is great! Just my 2 cents. Also it started on the second pull..and for the guy that said the pull start broke? Did you cut it some way? Its not that cheap made. Every feature is great. Control your pressure

havent used it yet
Would like to say I love it as I do love my generac generator but it didn't work when I firs got it. Called generac and the told me a shop in my area would fix it. Well that thing has been sitting at their shop for 3 weeks now and they're waiting on generac to respond if warranty is gonna cover the fix.
