Nice tool for accurate shooting
Bought this to enable a more stable reliable way to sight in my rifles. This shooting rest has definitely filled the need. I got to assess the rifle setup minus my inability to hold 100% steady. The results are I have tuned in the sights and know variations are me rather than the rifle. Great price and delivery. The rest itself is sturdy and well built. It's built fine, but just needs revamping.
Elevation with the turn nob worked fine. Just remember to bring a coin with you or a screw driver to adjust tension on elevation shaft. Every time I shot with a high caliber it tended to move and then I would need to reposition it. I ended up drilling the same circumference of the pads into my shooting table to keep it from not moving.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just the trick
Was a little skeptical when I bought this, but I couldn't bring myself to spend $200 for a Caldwell lead sled, just to sight in my rifles. This Stinger is a very pleasant surprise. It's well made- nice and sturdy and the adjustments are smooth. I haven't shot off the rest yet. I have been shooting for 54 years and know this is going to work well. I like shooting off bags, but people that come to shoot with me, that aren't too experianced drive me crazy. They just can't get the bags right and take a very long time to get a shot off. Caldwell lead sled
This product is top of the line and affordable. Is well built sturdy and they didn't take short cuts anywhere on this item. Easy adjustments front and back comfortable and in my opinion is the best all around lead sled for sighting in your rifles. And it fits everything I've put on it and also allows you to use a 25 mag. I definately recommend this product. Please don't be a fool and buy something else.
