They use a cleanish white colored adhesive to glue these together after they paint the insides. My previous housings were assembled with a black adhesive. I ended up tinting the vertical side piece black to hide the light colored adhesive that stuck out, was obvious and looked bad.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
