The Magic Bullet that many of us have been looking for.
I can't believe what that machine can do! After the first 5 minute episode, my lower back which had been hobbling me was pretty well corrected. I have used it for 6 days now and a back brace that I had bought to relieve my pain was no longer necessary. It has also tightened up my waist and my clothes fit more comfortable now. It cost $250, but by the end of the first year, I will have used it about 700 times, and the cost per treatment would be 35 cents. After 3 or 4 years, it would be about a dime each time or 20 cents a day. It is amazing in only 6 days that it has provided me so much relief and look forward to using it twice a day which is the recommended frequency. That is just 20 minutes a day and everyone should easily have that much time available for feeling better. It is sitting in my den now and really easy to access.

Vibration therapy
Assembly was easy with the included instructions; but get your own screwdriver and Allen wrench set. The welded tool that was included broke at the weld spot before two screws were removed. It vibrates well and all buttons on the electronics work fine. Will it build muscles and restore balance? Get Your CONFIDENCE!!!
This is my second Confidence machine! I had to leave the first one behind when I moved out of state. I underestimated how good this machine really was and soon found that I needed the exercise routine I'd had with it so ... I bought another one!! This works so well for me; I have knee and back problems and this much-needed activity doesn't bother me at all (in fact, it helps me feel better and I get good exercise!). Heavy construction, moves as say, feel like a whole body massage
About a week with it and really love it. My wife and I uses two times a day, (morning and night). Don't know if serve to get fit, but really feels like a massage in the whole body. Great but watch for fittings falling out of bottom
I really like this product. There was a problem, though. When the item came in, as described, we assembled it (not a big deal). I enjoyed it for a day or so (about 30 minutes total) then bolts and things started falling out of the bottom. That was a bummer as I was picturing myself trying to ship it back. Great value for the price
This vibration plate was simple to put together. I did it by myself. Being chronically ill I needed something for lymphatic drainage, this machine works like it is supposed to. For lower body drainage, you stand on it. For upper, you follow the directions that it shows, leaning upper body onto it. For the price, this machine is a great value. I haven’t really tried the expensive machines to compare it to but as a Lymphatic Therapist myself, i can say it does the job it is supposed to. It had much better reviews in general than other machines about the same price range. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. I am 140 pounds and it seems to hold me with no problem or struggle. My brother is 185 pounds and he uses it sometimes as well. The machine doesn’t struggle with those weights at all. The reason I bring that up is I had purchased a pretty cheap plate before and it struggled and stopped working after I used it the 3rd time. I would definitely recommend this as a consumer and a Lymphatic Therapist. It’s not high end but it’s built pretty well, sturdy and cost effective. You can get this thing with fraction of costs, expected low quality, but not. I can say it cannot be same level of 10+ times expensive units but it is 85 ~ 90% of quality.
