A startlingly accurate adaptation of the famous arcade classic, Pac-Man for the Intellivision has ghosts that don't blink, a lead character who looks his pie-shaped self, and smooth controls (an accomplishment, considering the maze-unfriendly disc). Even more impressive, the cartridge includes the arcade intermissions, a rarity for early-'80s console gaming. There are minor concessions, such as a smaller maze and the lack of the Galaxian prize (due to copyright restrictions), but this is a killer port nonetheless. PAC MAN FEVER.
If you love the old school games like me, you will love Pac Man for intellivision. I own the Atari 5200,2600 Intellivision 1 and 2, Coleco Vision and Nintendo. Of the Pac man games of this time frame other than the homebrew games I would say this is my favorite Pac man for these systems. It's a step up from the 5200 and graphic wise a giant step for mankind over the 2600. A fun enjoyable game for all ages and as addicting as it was when I was a kid!
