Greal little air fryer
This is my 2nd air fryer I have purchased I liked the first one so much, but it was a different brand. This model is much better AND it was cheaper to buy with more accessories like the rotisserie basket. It also cooks quicker than my last one because it has 2 fan speeds and the higher speed really circulates the air. I can cook biscuits in half the stated cooking time and they are just as good as any conventional oven. Well worth the purchase price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Too hot to handle.
The main reason for 1 star is that the outer surface gets too hot. I am afraid that this could be a fire hazard. I bought it mainly for the size. I already had a 10qt but thought the 24qt would be an ideal fit. Disappointed with this hot-surface problem. If this could be solved then you have a winner on your hands. The tray could have been the same mesh as the basket. The space is too wide on the tray. Two trays should have been provided with the unit.
