Different heartburn products works with different people who have heartburn and acid. For instance most people take the 24hr pills and prescribed stuff and all that crap. The product shipped was Old fashioned Alka-Seltzer (the antacid) as in the photo, not Alka-Selter Plus (the cold remedy) as in the description. so no it was not a good value because it was not what I searched for.
