Xeon X3480 CPU, Doubles performance of existing I5-750, Install in 15 minutes, Running in 20 Minutes, Overclocked to 3.6 GHZ in 30 minutes!
Installed on AsRock H55-lN motherboard. BIOS detected Xeon X3480 and auto overclocked to a stable 3.6 GHZ. Chip will clock to 4.3 GHz but it is not stable. The chip is not just lightning fast, but it improves the performance of AMD Radeon R9-390 by 100%. This chip makes EVERY Device in the PC perform better. What is the greatest thing is that a X3480 is not even on the supported CPU list! This chip is so insanely stable it will run a 4G DDR3 1333 and a 4G DDR3 1600, together at 1333 in "Dual-Channel" memory mode. This chip is 75-150% performance improvement overall over existing i5-750.

Incredible CPU!!!
In light of the new CPU's available this CPU is still a tremendous beast while consuming low wattage. Best part is it works in every modern form factor from itx to atx. Over clocks like a champ on the maximus iii gene as it can get over 5 GHz per core on water cooling, incredible!!! This CPU is aging like fine wine which is rather rare to see these days!

Fastest LGA1156 chip
If you have an old Dell w LGA 1156 socket, this is the fastest chip you can get. Worked well for me. Upgrade w this chip and SSD, like having a new computer. I upgraded my heat sink/fan too.
