I need the access card for the DVR? How am I supposed to use this DVR ?
I'm extremely upset because I went to hook up the DVR and I can't do it so basically I just wasted $100 of my money I'm very upset.

I was very pleased with this product! It was exactly as it was advertised. A person has to be careful when they buy these DirecTV receivers because some are tied up in collection from DirecTV. When this happens you cannot activate them. When a person buys DirecTV receivers they need to check with DirecTV first, and give the product ID Number and see whether it is cleared to be activated.
