A solid lens that will produce good images without investing a ton of money!
It is a surprisingly good lens - especially given the price. It’s definitely sharp enough and is very contrasts. The images have good clarity. I’ve only shot a few images with it so far (a huge alligator) and I am satisfied with the results.

It was a gift, the thought was sweet. As for the lens, I’d give it a C-, need a sturdy tripod, will be great for moon shots- since it’s Manual focus mode, Not good for wildlife, it takes time to focus in, Best to save $100. to go towards the $2500. Great lens for bird watching
I wrote not durable because what camera lens is ? ;) I wish it was auto focus but for the money this is such a great value I was able to capture great photos of a hawk from quite a distance away . i am happy with it
