good old camcorder
Although the HC-X900 was probably the best Panasonic hd camcorder ever made, this prior model is very close. It appears to have about the same good image, low-light sensitivity and manual controls. The physical glass is a tad smaller (filter size is 46mm vs 49) so ya have to assume it's a bit lower image quality. The menu controls are also a bit more primitive but give just about all that is needed. Used price is worth it when compared to new HD that lack the view finder and manual controls.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
