New: Easily add Q&As to your listings
Save time and stay one step ahead of your buyers’ frequently asked questions by adding them as Q&As to your active listings.
What you need to know
Communicating with your buyers is a great way to build trust, but managing a high volume of questions about your items can be overwhelming. To make things easy for you and your buyers, we’ll be introducing a new Q&A feature later this year on the eBay app.
The feature will allow you to add frequently asked questions and answers directly to your listings, and provide any additional information about your items up front. In addition to saving time and increasing your chances of making a sale, you’ll also improve your buyers’ shopping experience by helping them make an informed purchase.
Easily add and manage Q&As
Add Q&As to an existing listing by heading to its View Item page and clicking Add Q&A. To manage Q&As for all listings, just log in to your Account settings through the web or desktop and select Manage communications with buyers.
You can also add Q&As directly from a conversation you’re having with a buyer within the messaging experience on the eBay app. Just access the menu in the top right corner of the chat and select Add to Q&A. Their question and your response will then be added as a Q&A to your listing and will be visible to all your future buyers.
You can add up to 25 Q&As to a listing and choose whether to apply them to a specific listing or to all of them, and only you can manage your Q&As.
