    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    It's not professional not to Provide the tracking number on eBay platform neither on a simple message to the customer. It's confusing to the buyer that is Economical shipping (without tracking number) and after my questions to find out that there is a number, and the package is stucked for 2 months !!! The refund was fast, but didn't meet my expectations to get the product. At least once a week the seller should check the sold items from the tracking number.
