  There was an issue with the item. The seller asked if I wanted to cancel. I then asked if they could tell me what the problem was and on 1/22/25 they said the packaging was damaged. I got an email stating that the item was shipping on 1/22/25 and the next day I got another email stating that the carrier said that it was lost in transit and the seller immediately canceled my order. I believe the seller lied to me. How can an item be shipped and lost in the same day?
