  This seller was extremely accommodating! Through no fault of theirs, UPS lost the package. A refund was immediately offered. I declined as my grandson really wanted these shoes. I was provided regular updates. They also offered to refund some of the money. However, due to the kindness and the quick offers to refund, I declined the offer. The shoes arrived and were everything we expected. My grandson was ecstatic! I would go out of way to work with this seller again. 10/10 service!

  Seller is sending cheap China knockoffs. Item description states country of manufacture as Germany, Company as Braun. The picture the seller uses in the add is the genuine Braun packaged head, not what I received. If you want a knockoff save 80 percent and buy one from an honest seller, or spend eight more bucks and buy a real Braun on sale. This type of crud is what ruins the bay and keeps buyers away. At the bottom of the ad, in micro sized print are the words, not genuine, seriously.
