  It took the seller 2 days to even consider shipping the item. Once the item was shipped the tracking information provided was less than stellar. It's past the suspected delivery date now with no sign of my package. I've made 2 attempts to contact the seller and they've both gone unanswered. The item was intended as a thoughtful gift for a dear friend and I've missed that opportunity as a result of poor communication and service from the seller. A very discouraging experience.
