    Not sure about the packaging, it arrived flattened in a tiny plastic bag. No serving recommendations, if indeed, there is a way to "serve it"? Do I chop it up? Nibble on it like a candy bar? Dunno. Next time I think I'll pay the extra and get it in capsule form. FYI - it is sourced out of the Ukraine (Europe has more pesticide restrictions for bees than the Americas).

As for usage, propolis can be broken into small pieces to chew or dissolved in warm water or alcohol for a tincture. Capsules are also an option if you prefer pre-measured servings.
