    This iMac was advertised as "excellent refurbished." It was way beyond that... Arrived packaged as if new. Everything inside the package appeared new as well, right down to the sealing and the shrink wrap. The computer does not have a scratch on it. It started up immediately in new user mode and I used migration assistant to move my files from my old machine flawlessly. The transaction was flawless. Excellent communication, perfect packing, quick delivery. I could not be more pleased!!!

    i was being OCD and messaging the seller about the item being an original JBL and making sure it wasband new and factory sealed and they answered me every time to make me feel comfortable. i received the item today and it was brand new and unopened in original packaging just like the listing says! they also packed the item with care, using plenty of bubble wrap as shown in the pictures to keep it protected during shipping. i highly recommend this seller, you wont be disappointed.
