This seller decided that he or she did not want me to have 1kg for £11.56. So this seller sent me 400g and refunded me a small amount of £5.56. This means that I have paid more than the price of the purchase price that I won the bid for. This is without asking me first. This seller decided that she did not want me to have 1kg.
