    Seller sent the patches almost immediately. USPS lost the patches. I was stuck in the "In Transit to the Next Facility" loop. and nothing was updated by the USPS for days. They offered no help other than to keep waiting. However, the seller was helpful, professional, and communicated throughout the while ordeal. Seller resolved the issue. I would definitely shop with this seller again! A+++
