  TERRIBLE BUYER EXPERIENCE! DESPITE CORRECT LIST PICTURES OF THE LAWN MOWER PULL RING KITS,SELLER SENT WRONG ONES. AFTER TELLING THEM THEY ASKED FOR PHOTOS. I DID SEND & U COULD SEE THEIR INCOMPETENT MISTAKE.THEIR ANSWER- 10% DISCOUNT ON SALE PRICE! I ADVISED I NEED THE PARTS AND THINK IT FAIR TO JUST SEND THE RIGHT ONES. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR SALE BUT FOR THEIR GREED,STUPIDITY & THEIR FAILURE TO RESOLVE TO MY SATISFACTION THIS IS THE RESULT!! THIS SELLER FAILED ME & WASTED MY TIME=AWFULL

  Ordered a product for a specific coffee machine and on delivery it did not fit the machine. So a return needed to go to china. Anyway was offered 50% refund and keep the item which I accepted as return would be too expensive. So company sends me the wrong product and I lose money. Disgraceful and will never use this company again. Absolute cheats
