  The item arrived very poorly packaged with damage to the fine clock hands making them unusable. I contacted the seller and they insulted me with a $3 refund obviously having a laugh at my expense. I want a full refund and I want to know why a seller can be so obnoxious and still have a good rating. I find this a regular problem on eBay I don’t have on AliExpress or Temu.
