    The item came in a box that was completely smashed. The player box, not the shipping box. Shipping box was fine. Which means the seller on purpose sold a damaged item. Not listed as damaged. The player does not work at all. It wont play anything. Seller has refused a return, exchange or refund. Keep trying to get me to call there private number. Do not buy from this seller I was completely ripped off on purpose and now the seller is refusing to help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER PLEASE!!!!
