    Seller sent item promptly and unfortunately it got lost in the mail. After communicating with the seller, they were very helpful and more than willing to send another pump. The second pump was shipped and arrived promptly. It has performed exactly as described. It was very clean and almost seemed brand new which is amazing considering it's for an older model dishwasher. So very good quality! Very happy with my purchase and with this seller! I would definitely purchase from them again!

    Washer motor took almost 5 weeks to arrive (Hawaii) even though add says shipping by "USPS Priority Mail" Package was shipped "Ground" which is by "boat" so check with seller before ordering if you need parts ASAP. Haven't installed motor yet but it looks like it's in very good condition so hope it works. Also, may I add, seller answers questions promptly. Thank you so much.
