    ITEM ARRIVED NOT AS DESCRIBED! Seller FAILED TO MENTION there were 3 cracks on nipple beds of rear rim and that it was severely bent (out of true). Had to pay tech at local shop $$$ to straighten it. I explained matter to seller and asked if he would kindly reimburse me some of that cost. Seller had ample opportunity but never even had the decency to respond to my request. How does seller with such antics maintain feedback rating? Seller can't be recommended so buyer beware (CAVEAT EMPTOR)...

    We messaged back and forth about this at length. The pictures in the listing showed the cracks, we showed you exactly in the listing where it showed in writing that the rim was cracked, and we offered several times the opportunity to return the wheels for a full refund including shipping. You were unwilling to do that, choosing instead to keep the wheels.
