    Seller 319Please is misleading buyers. I contacted the seller as soon as I received and told him I am having difficulties activating the phone. He didn't tell me the item was defective nor doesn't work. Infact, he told me to take other actions to get the phone to work. He waited until the return is closed to tell me look at the descriptions. The descriptions stated it is unlocked means it works or at least you can access setup to see the phone details and to verify the phone is unlocked.
