    OK, look, I checked off negative cause the board did not resolve the problem however the gentleman I chatted with was nothing but kind and helpful, he did everything he could have to try and resolve my problem and would ask for him again if I ever ran into a problem or had a question, I think his name is Simon. I have nothing but praise for how he tried to resolve my problem, I hope this clears up any misconception that I may have represented Simon in a negative light.
