    The item was packaged properly. Came damaged and doesn’t work. I contacted seller and am awaiting a refund. The speaker was old and buzzes when connected. Sent several pictures to seller with packing materials to be refunded but nothing yet. Will not be purchasing from seller again. He said working fine before but upon connecting no.

    "The item was packaged properly" Your words not mine. I requested proper photos multiple times to file a UPS claim, but the buyer sent inconsistent and inadequate images. First showed a small hole, then later a fully ripped speaker cone. Only 1 picture of box with the corner lightly damaged. (Red Flags) I offer automatic returns—why not use that? This issue was with UPS, not my handling. The speaker was in perfect working order when shipped. How unfortunate this all is.
