    The seller did not actually have the item listed for sale. The item was then marked as shipped when it clearly had not been (and they had the audacity to tell me that eBay automatically marks an item as shipped after 24hrs - an outright lie!!). They promptly arranged a refund but all in all will never deal with this seller again.

    I ordered nails to suit the air nailer I ordered from what appeared to be a different website, they appeared to be very slow to arrive, when I enquired it turns out they were enclosed in with the air nailer that I ordered from the other website. I did not open the box as it was a present for my son and they did not indicate that the nails were enclosed.
