  Contacted seller about there not being a power cord because it was not clear to me that a power cord was not included. I expected to receive a power cord with any item that requires being plugged in. Nothing in the description stated that, just a picture that kind of points to that in a strange way to me. Seller told me I was out of luck. I was not satisfied with this purchase or the service provided.
