  Product was described s new but appeared to be a "returned product" probably from an Amazon return bargain sale. The Item didn't function when it arrived and the seller provided a partial refund as I was able to get the item repaired locally due to it being a time-critical purchase which I did not have the time to wait for a replcement to arrive. So, good customer support and attention by the seller in this aspect . I'd give them an overall 4 out of 5 stars. and may purchase from them again.

  Item seems to be of good quality. Customer service is very good with this seller. I will say that the tank that I recieved was not the same as what is in the pictures. It does not have the misting feature. The seller made it right though. I would recommend this seller.
