  Outstanding communication from this seller, giving me a great deal on these beautiful earrings, as pictured. My tester showed the stones as citrines, and they were authenticated as H Stern by the GIA. GIA repacked them with their usual high-quality sturdy box, certificate, and the seller charged me nothing for shipping to them or to me. I'm VERY happy with this seller and will try to return for more fantastic items. Nothing but 5 stars!!!

Was a little hesitant when my item arrived because the packaging (box) had a couple holes in it, some were taped, and some weren’t however the item wasn’t damaged and was new as described!   Shipping and packaging was good. Unfortunately, I belive plane pressure caused one bottle to leak and damage the display carton.. seller and myself came to a mutual agreement regarding damages.   Okay so even though my order arrived smashed I'm still leaving this guy a good review. I do not believe it was his fault, I believe it to be on my delivery driver's fault. I've got 3 broken packages, and 2 packages with animals, and all were DOA. All packages were messed up in some way though. So the seller and I spoke and he was out of stock now and couldn't just send me a replacement so we agreed on a refund. Overall the seller is friendly, understanding, & willing to help Can't ask for better
