  Seller described that ONLY the figure was damaged and all the peices were in the box. I bought it knowing the figure was damaged; however, when I received my package, a faceplate was also badly damaged and there were 3 missing pieces.   item description was a bit misleading/ inaccurate even though item was described as used it was worse for wear and the images had a filter on it to hide the defects. shipped in plastic padded envelope and arrived with a hole in the envelope. shipping time was within reason. returning product for partial refund.

  Shipping was fast. I cannot speculate on packaging as the item shipped to an old address. I used to have this camelback for over a decade, it was on three continents with me but fell apart after 10 years of use. It looked the same as described. Very good product and great value.
