  Received the item within 3 days after ordering. Item was as described, brand new and boxed. Only downfall with this product is the step by step assembly instructions from the manufacturer. I had to google a video of a like product by the same manufacturer in order to figure out how to assemble. Sauna heats up well, a nice little sauna for the price. It looks great to once its assembled. Highly recommend this seller if you are looking to purchase an IR Sauna.
